Refund Policy

§ 01 · Our refund promise

If Wordspotting isn't right for you, we offer a full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. Email us and we will return your money to the way you paid.

§ 02 · How to request a refund

Email support@wordspotting.app from the address on your account, or request the refund directly through Paddle, our payment provider. We aim to respond within two business days.

§ 03 · Subscriptions

Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through Paddle or by emailing us. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel within 14 days of a charge, we refund that charge in full.

§ 04 · How refunds reach you

Wordspotting sells through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear.
